The Haggars in Albania
The Haggars are in Albania!
It is hot today, but we did have storms yesterday. The Sunday meeting went well, Sue gave a stunning testimony and was so confident. Also, Clinton was up the front leading the meeting and bringing a prophecy - he has grown so much in God - and his Albanian is coming on in leaps and bounds. I was happy with my preach, which is always tricky in Albania, as I am never quite sure if I am fully communicating into their culture. It was a message of Grace based on The Cross, and lays a foundation for Edi to build on. I think they appreciated my opening in Albanian - thanks to a quick lesson from Clinton.
At 5pm tonight (4pm your time) Sue and I are leading the 'workers group' (comrades). We are looking at John 8 where the woman was caught in adultery. Sue's playing the part of the woman .... only kidding. But I have asked Edi to get 5 stones for each person there, and we will talk about stoning people vs Grace - and see if they have stones to lay down in their lives. Kinaesthetic teaching I am told by Sue. I also have a trademark Haggar Video production to show.
It's also been really good to catch up with Edi and discuss leadership issues in the Church, and possible future Jubilee teams. Baby Michael is growing fast and is great - you can see some photo's of him on my facebook page.
On Thursday we go to Ohrid and do the tourist bit, but we will pray for the city as well.
