Leadership
The church is led by four elders – Colin Nichols, Martin Garratt, Pete Saner and Rodney Haggar. Broadly speaking the elders oversee the church in terms of doctrine, direction and discipline; seeking the way that God would have the church grow and develop and taking responsibility for this. They are not the only leaders, and are not the 'pastors'. There are lots of leaders and lots of pastors as the church is a community of people with all kinds of gifts. Colin Nichols Colin has been leading Jubilee since 2004 but has been on staff since 1998 when he and Pam, his wife, left their respective jobs, electrical engineering and teaching, and started working with the young people in the church. Colin and Pam have 3 children: Fin, Isaac and Evie and they live in Goring. |

Pete Saner Pete joined Jubilee in 1999 having moved down from Scotland at the end of that year to be part of the church. Pete was made an elder in 2006 and now works two days a week for the church as well as working as a dentist in a local clinic. Pete is married to Kath and they have 4 children: Jo, Mike, Chris & Heather. They live in Ferring. |

Rodney Haggar Rodney moved to Worthing to be part of the church in 1998 from Eastbourne. He was made an elder in 2006 and now works three days a week for the church. The rest of the time he works for the council as a Local Traffic Engineer. Rod is married to Sue and they have 3 children: Samuel, Joseph and Rebecca. They live in Salvington. |

Martin Garratt Martin was made an elder in 2011 but combines eldership with full-time employment as a headteacher of a local primary school. Martin is married to Tania and they have 4 children: Jake, Kina, Chad & Leya. They live in Goring.
