Team Leaders
Many people in the church give their time and effort to serve on Sundays and during the week. There are teams of volunteers helping with all aspects of church life.
Below are the team leaders and their areas of responsibility:
Martin Garratt oversees the children's work at Jubilee. He is married to Tania, and they have four children.
Luke Knight leads the Katalyst age group with a dedicated team. They are lively and enthusiastic with a great passion for God and young people.
Arron & Helen Moore run the Encounter group which meets during the preach for children in years 5, 6 and 7.
Naomi Tostevin leads the LIve WIres Team. She is a lovely individual who gets on well with children. She is a manageress at a coffee shop in Worthing.
Monika Heaton oversees the Sparklers work for 3-5 year olds. She is married to Tom and has two sons.
Marney Knight organises the Creche and the team for the 0 to 2's. It's always a great place for the very youngest to go and is both child and parent friendly with plenty of opportunity for interaction with an excellent team.
Bill Barber oversees the set up teams which arrive early on a Sunday morning to set up the high school and stay late to pack everything away again.
Steve Priest is responsible for the teams that set up and run the PA on a Sunday morning.
Outi Clifford oversees the welcome teams which serve you when you arrive at the meeting and are there to answer any questions you have about the church on a Sunday morning at the meeting. Outi also organizes the refreshments teams which serve the church after the meeting with tea and coffee.
Fusi Mokoena heads up the College age youth with a team, and oversees the Emerge group 18-30 with another team of leaders.
